For security, delivery can only be made to the registered address of your payment card. Larger deliveries may need to be signed for.
At the checkout you will need to select the correct delivery area for your order, the delivery charge will then be calculated automatically, unless the order exceeds the maximum allowable weight for the selected area (in which case you will need to contact us). Please Note: if you select the wrong delivery area, we will be unable to process your order and the order will be cancelled.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within two working days (usually next working day). For UK orders please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Timescales for International orders depend on geographical location.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Mystic Mouse Limited will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. In rare circumstances this may mean your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Mystic Mouse Limited shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which is based on the total weight of your order. The weight of each item we sell is shown on the relevant product page. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Duty & Taxes on International Orders (delivered outside of the UK)
Some governments charge additional import duties and taxes when a package reaches their country. You will be responsible for these should they occur.
Force Majeure
Mystic Mouse Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation & Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, you can return your purchases to us.
Simply send the products back to us within 30 days of receipt and in the same condition in which you received them, to the following address:

Please ensure you include your name and address (if the original order was placed under a different name and address please include these as well). Please ensure all items are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit.
When we accept the return, we will refund your initial purchase price (including the original postage costs). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.
Wherever possible refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the products being returned to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Products
If you should find that you purchase is damaged on arrival please contact us by emailing shop@mystic-mouse.com or by phoning us on 01634 270307 within 72 hours of delivery so that we can arrange to have them exchanged.
